The continuous press system consists of two hot presses, two cooling presses, automatic loading, automatic product unloading and automatic release agent supply.
The high degree of automation of the system allows the entire system to be supervised by just one person. There are always 5 moulds in use at the same time. 4 moulds in the two hot and cooling presses.
The fifth mould is located outside the press for unloading, cleaning, spraying release agent and loading.
