The hardening press is fully interlinked with an austenitizing roller-hearth furnace and controls all movements from furnace loading handling to transfer handling from the furnace to the press and also after pressing for fully automatic stacking of the components for the subsequent tempering process.
All process parameters - including those of the furnace - are monitored by the press control system, thus guaranteeing full process control.
