- Optimal setting: Users who have a Wickert pump/net or pump/storage combination in use can now use the logged parameters to find the optimum switchover point at which the pump takes over evacuation. It is not uncommon for valuable seconds to be saved during pressure reduction, so that highly accelerated compounds can also be used. This enables shorter process times with more output.
- Efficient error analysis: Recognize and correct deviations from set target values immediately before they lead to downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Plan maintenance work proactively, reduce unplanned downtime and extend the service life of your hydraulic vacuum presses.

The actual vacuum value is monitored within its tolerance bands over the entire process time.
