The 2-station fixture hardening press is designed for fully automatic operation.
It is suitable for medium to large batch sizes and is usually equipped with fully automatic furnace loading and unloading systems, component buffer systems, post-cooling basins, cleaning stations and also with a direct link to the tempering process.
The extensive PLC control system of the press is the master and controls all movements of all plant participants and transfers all process and production data to the higher-level MES systems via computer interface.
