As of November 4, 2024, our Service Department will report to the Design Department.
The goal of this restructuring is to handle your service requests with direct design expertise, ensuring improved service quality, faster response times, and maximum competence.
At the same time, Mr. Maximilian Kern has taken over the leadership of the Service Department as of November 4. Mr. Kern will report directly to the Head of Design, Mr. Stefan Hertel.
Maximilian Kern has been with Wickert for 10 years and has successfully managed numerous large-scale projects during this time. His strengths lie in project management, project leadership, and clear, effective communication. His many years of experience and technical knowledge make him exceptionally well-suited for this new role.
The management would also like to thank Mr. Florian Seither for his dedication as interim head of the Service Department over the past two years. He will now return to the Sales Department, where his renewed support and collaboration will be very welcome.
We wish Mr. Kern every success in his new role and are confident that, together with his team, he will ensure very good service quality and thus make a significant contribution to the high availability of your presses.
