VULCANIZING PRESSES FOR PRECISION PARTS

The WKP S series is especially well suited for manufacturing precision parts that need to fulfill the highest quality requirements.

Regardless of the production process – Compression Moulding (CM), Transfer Moulding (TM), or Injection Transfer Moulding (ITM) – the temperature distribution and plane-parallelism tolerances of the overall press design are essential to ensuring the highest possible quality.


Key quality features:

  • Very homogeneous temperature distribution of up to ± 0.3 °C by using precision heating plates
  • Prevention of air pockets by fully integrated vacuum chamber systems
  • Plane parallelism of up to 0.05 mm
