VULCANIZING PRESSES FOR LARGE PARTS

The WKP S series is especially well suited for manufacturing large parts that need to fulfill the highest quality requirements.

Compression Moulding (CM), Transfer Moulding (TM) or Continuous Compression Molding (CCM) production processes are an excellent choice for this type of press.

Key quality features:

  • Very homogeneous temperature distribution of up to ± 0.3 °C by using precision heating plates
  • Prevention of air pockets by fully integrated vacuum chamber systems
  • Plane parallelism of up to 0.05 mm
  • Ergonomic operating height through upper piston version
