This year's JEC World in Paris was another resounding success for Wickert.
As the world’s leading trade show for composite materials, it once again provided us with an excellent platform to forge valuable new contacts, nurture existing partnerships, and showcase our latest technologies to an international audience.
This year’s focus was clearly on sustainable and advanced manufacturing technologies. Topics such as material recycling, the use of biogenic materials, and efficient heating and cooling processes were at the center of many discussions — perfectly reflecting Wickert’s own development approach.
Another topic that generated intense discussion, driven by the current global political situation, was the defense sector, particularly regarding solutions for personal protection.
Here, it became evident how versatile our technologies are — even in safety-critical applications.
It also became increasingly clear how important intelligent automation, connected production systems, and predictive maintenance have become for the aerospace industry and many other sectors.
With our already established solutions, Wickert was able to provide important impulses and generate considerable interest.
