Sport, fun, and team spirit for a good cause
On Thursday, May 15, it was that time again: the 10th South Palatinate Company Run transformed the streets of Landau into a sporting arena.
Among the participants were 32 motivated runners from WICKERT, who set off together on the 5.3 km course.
A colorful program of events got the party started at 5 p.m. As always, the WICKERT tent was the meeting point for our team and the fans who had traveled with us.
At 7 p.m., the starting signal was given, and we set off together through Landau and the Reiterwiesen toward the finish line.
The focus was on having fun exercising, team spirit, and the good feeling of doing something for our own health and a good cause.
Cheers and live music along the route provided additional motivation.
Our runners reached the finish line at “An 44” in a strong team effort, where cool drinks, food, and live music awaited them.
Around 6,700 participants set a new record this year and raised a considerable amount of money: For each registration, n plus sport GmbH donates one euro to local charitable projects.
